为深入贯彻落实习近平生态文明思想,充分发挥教育系统在贯彻落实碳达峰、碳中和决策部署中的示范引领作用,落实《中共中央 国务院关于完整准确全面贯彻新发展理念做好碳达峰碳中和工作的意见》等文件要求,培养践行绿色低碳理念、适应绿色低碳社会、引领绿色低碳发展的高素质技能人才,发挥职业教育人才培养、科学研究、社会服务、文化传承的功能,本书著者在企业调研、院校实践等基础上创作了本书。 本书内容全面、易于理解,注重高等职业教育的育人实践操作。全书分为八章,内容包括碳达峰、碳中和的时代背景,碳达峰、碳中和面临的世界形势,稳妥有序推进各领域绿色低碳发展,“三螺旋”协同创新理论,绿色低碳岗位能力开发,绿色低碳岗位调研分析,绿色低碳人才的适应性培养策略,案例推广。
于海祥,毕业于天津职业技术师范大学,博士研究生学历,现任天津交通职业学院党委副书记、院长,从事职业教育管理、职业教育产教融合、机械自动化等方面的研究。
