本书共设计8个学习单元,从旅游专业学生实际工作的需要出发进行设计和编写,以旅游服务的整个工作过程为导向,包括迎接游客、住、食、行、游、娱、购、问题处理、欢送游客等方面,选用满足生活职业需要的内容,通过创设生活职业情境,突出“专业与服务岗位对接,专业课程内容与职业标准对接,教学过程与服务过程对接”,促进语言技能的迁移。每个单元包括 Learning Gals(学习目标)、Vocabulary(词汇)、Sentences(句型)、Dialogue(情景会话)、Tips(知识拓展)和 Summing-up(单元知识总结)。
